Issuance of Registration Certificate

If no opposition filed after the publication, it is now deemed registered. Subsequently, a certificate of registration is issued within two months from the payment of the certificate of the registration (COR) fee.

If no opposition is filed during the publication period, a Notice of Issuance of the Certificate of Registration (COR) will be issued. The applicant must pay the issuance fee within two (2) months from the mailing date of the notice. Upon payment, a digital COR will be issued; a paper copy may also be requested from IPOPHL.

Failure to pay the required fee within the prescribed period will result in the application being abandoned. Therefore, strict attention to deadlines and payment requirements is crucial to secure registration.
